GENERAL KID-MAN® TERMS OF USE FOR B2B PARTNERS
Applicable to: All legal entities registered and using the Kid-Man® B2B platform at www.kid-man.pro
1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
These terms (hereinafter referred to as the Rules) constitute an agreement between UAB "Kasko Group", legal entity code 302298947, registered office address A. Vivulskio g. 12D, LT-03221 Vilnius (hereinafter referred to as the Seller) and the Partner – a legal entity using the B2B platform, under which the Seller provides the Partner with the ability to place orders, access product information, and download documents.

Only legal entities with the capacity to enter into binding agreements can be Partners. Persons acting on behalf of the Partner must have the legal authority to do so. By accessing the B2B platform, you confirm such authorization.
2. TERMS OF USE AND ACCESS
Access is granted only to approved Partners.
The Partner is responsible for the security of their account.
In case of violations, the Seller must be informed immediately.
3. ORDERS
An order is considered valid upon confirmation by the Seller.
The Partner undertakes to provide accurate data.
4. PRICING AND PAYMENT
Prices are indicated without VAT (unless otherwise stated).
Payment is made under the terms specified in the agreement.
5. DELIVERY AND DOCUMENTS
Delivery conditions are agreed individually.
The platform allows tracking of delivery status and downloading of documents.
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All materials provided on the B2B platform are the property of UAB "Kasko Group".
It is forbidden to copy, distribute, or modify them without permission.
6.3. PRODUCT DOCUMENTS AND TECHNICAL INFORMATION
All documents related to the Seller’s products – including but not limited to declarations of conformity, CE marking documents, user manuals, technical specifications, drawings, and product sheets – are the intellectual property of the Seller unless explicitly stated otherwise. The Partner is granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use such documents solely for:
- internal use (e.g., customer consultations, product registration, participation in tenders),
- purposes directly related to the purchased products.
It is forbidden to:
- distribute the documents to third parties without written consent from the Seller,
- alter, edit, or translate the documents without prior coordination,
- use documents with products from other suppliers or manufacturers,
- publish documents publicly (e.g., websites, catalogs) without a written license. Kid-Man® reserves the right to revoke or restrict the Partner’s right to use product documents at any time if:
- documents are used unlawfully or misleadingly,
- these Rules are violated,
- cooperation with the Partner is terminated.
7. GUIDELINES FOR USE OF PROMOTIONAL MATERIAL
All rights to logos, images, videos, and texts belong to UAB "Kasko Group" (Kid-Man®).
By using the material, you agree to these guidelines.
Use files with suffix "print" (300 dpi) for print materials and "web" (72 dpi) for digital applications.
It is prohibited to alter images, colors, or videos.
The company name must be written as: Kid-Man®.
8. CONFIDENTIALITY
All Partner information is considered confidential and used for internal purposes only.
9. AMENDMENT AND VALIDITY
The Seller reserves the right to update the Rules.
The new version applies to all new orders.
10. LEGAL FRAMEWORK AND DISPUTES
Disputes are resolved under the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
Any disputes are settled in the Vilnius City Court.
